2009 will become my personal tribute to Women in Business. Through putting together the Super Leaders of Australia book, I have met a myriad of fabulous leaders that I had the honor of interviewing and some getting to know a little better during the process. The one thing that surprised me through this project was the lack of senior female leaders willing to be profiled and if you like 'wave the flag' as an inspiration to other up and coming female leaders looking for support, inspiration and motivation.

However the ones that I did profile, were AMAZING! I wanted more of it; more conversations, insights and words of wisdom from the Women of Wisdom who had been there and done that. So this now brings us here, my vision for this project this year is:

• International event that will be held at the end of May – I already have 3 different countries and 3 different states in Australia that will be running the same event on the same day, will keep you posted on that one
• Profile some inspiring and influential women that have a story to tell and some words of advice that we could take with us and make our own
• Podcasts for our listening pleasure – please have a listen to my interview with Susan Heron (CEO – AIM) and Chief Commissioner Christine Nixon (Vic Police) as a starter...
