Super Leaders of Australia is the brainchild of entrepreneur who founded the company in 2007 after successfully running her own business in HR, Carmen Parnos training and recruitment for 11 years.
The Super Leaders initiative was borne out of Carmen's desire to demystify the concept of leadership, making it accessible and easy for people to learn from the best in the business.

Giving Back - Supporting World Vision
Twenty per cent of Super Leaders’ net annual profits have been pledged to World Vision, specifically its Micro Finance & Enterprise Development program.
The Future
Super Leaders began in Australia but has been developed as an ongoing concern.
Negotiations are currently in place to launch the Super Leaders brand into Asia, US and the UK.
